I had to remove my truck from another dealership and bring it to Denooyer after the previous dealership had it for two weeks and was unable to locate the problem or determine what was going on. Within less than 8 hours of having my truck, Denooyer not only located the issue but identified exactly what was happening. It took about two weeks to complete the repairs, including the additional time needed to follow up and track down the issue. The work could have been completed much sooner, but unfortunately, some of the parts were backordered. I cannot express how grateful I am to the entire team at Denooyer for working with me through all of the “drama” that came with the situation. They kept me informed, located the problem, fixed a major issue as well as two other issues that came up, and even had a rental ready for me when I needed one. Their customer service, communication, and willingness to work with me made a stressful situation so much easier. I will absolutely be a returning customer for all future service and purchases. Thank you again, Denooyer! You’ve definitely earned a future and continued customer.

I drive an hour each way just for the service that DeNooyer Chevrolet in Marshall offers to their customers. I purchased my new 2025 Chevy Equinox from another chevy dealership close to my home but that dealership has never made me feel valued as a customer. Every time I called with concerns about the vehicle that I had just purchased from them a few months ago, I was always made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them, and they were also very rude when I called. DeNooyer on the other hand has been the complete opposite. Even though I did not purchase my car directly from them, I have been treated as if I did. When I call they are always super kind and helpful and willing to do anything they can to assist me with my concerns and my needs. The service manager, Jeremy Drew, also went extremely of his way to work around my Healthcare work schedule to make sure the service on my car was a top priority and done in a timely fashion. Jeremy also came into work 2 hours early so I would be able to drop my car off before I had to be at work, and he made sure I could still pick up my car after work when their business was closed. I can say I am very satisfied with my service and I will be a lifelong customer of DeNooyer Chevrolet in Marshall. They are worth the drive, and my time. The whole process from the moment I got there to the moment I left was completely hassle free AND stress free! My mother needed a new car & we stopped by DeNooyer to take a look. She took a Chevy Trax for a ride & the car fit her well. When we made the decision to purchase the car a few days later, the one she wanted had sold. Tim Rowe was very accommodating & found her the same model & had it at the showroom the following day. He was very accommodating & didn't pressure her in any way. The only reason for the 4 star rating was due to us having to return and resign the contract a second time as there was an issue with their finance department & the original paperwork.

I bought my car from DeNooyer in December of last year and Alan was the salesperson. He was great! He explained everything to me and was not pushy. Ray, the finance person was also wonderful and not pushy. Today, I had service done on my car and Eric, the service technician picked my car up at my work, kept me informed on the progress and was very helpful and professional when returning my car to me at work. I had a few questions when he dropped it off and he was not in a hurry and took the time needed to answer all my questions. Eric was very professional, very polite and very helpful.
