I took my car in for an oil change and a few other things and received great service! However, a few days later I noticed that my car was leaking oil. When I brought it to Jeremy's attention, he had me bring the car back in immediately. Quickly, he was able to discover the issue and fixed it at no charge. My car has been running great ever since. Its nice to find a spot that is honest!

I was driving home and my engine light came on! I immediately called Denooyer Chevrolet Marshall's service department. After talking to Christian and explaining what was going on he assured me that it was safe to drive home and told me to come in the next day for necessary repairs. I have been buying Chevy and Gmc vehicles and dealing with Chevy dealers for over 30 years. And this is by far the best customer service. I have had out of anybody on time picking my vehicle up all the way down to dropping the vehicle off when done. In touch by the internet or by phone the whole time they had my vehicle.
The service department is very friendly! They help me out with a tire replacement on a Friday at 5pm!

We were stranded in Marshall, MI due to being broadsided by a large construction truck. The wreaker service took our Bolt and us to Denooyer Chevrolet in Marshall. We spent several hours there talking on the phone with our insurance agency. My experience with the Brice in service was top notch. He kept me informed & worked with my warranty. On Monday I knew I had to replace the torque convertor and it was ready on Friday. He was sincere, helpful and polite. I will definately recomend this service department.
